Agreement
These Terms govern your use of BizzySoFlo.com, the Bizzy app and related services operated by R&S Media Holdings Corp. through its Bizzy SoFlo division. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, safeguard your login credentials and be authorized to act for any business you claim or manage. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Listings, events and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Bizzy a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format and promote that content as needed to operate and market the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for submitted names, images, music, trademarks and other material.
Accuracy and third parties
Businesses and organizers are responsible for their information, prices, availability, offers and event details. Users should verify time-sensitive information with the official source before traveling or purchasing. Bizzy is not responsible for third-party websites, products, transactions or cancellations.
Plans, purchases and bookings
Prices, billing periods and included benefits are shown at checkout or in a written proposal. Paid plans renew according to the terms shown at purchase unless canceled. Production bookings are also governed by the Booking Policies. A proposal or preliminary estimate is not a confirmed booking until required acceptance and payment are completed.
Acceptable use
You may not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or malicious content; impersonate others; manipulate reviews or engagement; scrape or disrupt the service; bypass access controls; or use Bizzy to violate another party’s rights.
Moderation and termination
Bizzy may review, reject, remove or limit content and accounts that violate these Terms, create risk or are no longer accurate. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizzy disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid Bizzy for the relevant service during the preceding three months.
Governing law
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Broward County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
