Bizzy SoFlo is a division of R&S Media Holdings Corp. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use BizzySoFlo.com, the Bizzy app, our booking forms and related services.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information, business-profile content, event and deal submissions, booking details, payment-status information, communications, device and usage data, and information you choose to provide. Payment processors handle full payment-card details; Bizzy does not store complete card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and listings, process bookings and purchases, provide customer support, send service communications, improve safety and performance, prevent fraud, measure engagement, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, communications, analytics and production; with businesses or event organizers when you request contact; when required by law; or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Public content
Business profiles, reviews, deals, events and submitted media intended for publication may be visible to the public. Do not submit confidential information in public fields.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information and may opt out of nonessential marketing communications. Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or transaction purposes.
Children
Bizzy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate authorization.
