Who we are
Bizzy SoFlo is a division of R&S Media Holdings Corp. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use BizzySoFlo.com, the Bizzy iOS or Android app, booking forms, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including account and contact details, business profiles, events, deals, reviews, bookings, uploads, support communications, and payment status. We may also collect device type, app version, IP address, approximate location derived from your device or network when enabled, diagnostics, and usage activity. Payment processors handle full card details; Bizzy does not store complete payment-card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, show local businesses and events, save preferences, process bookings and purchases, deliver production services, provide support, communicate service updates, prevent fraud and abuse, measure performance, improve the app, and comply with legal obligations.
Device permissions
Bizzy may request access to photos or media only when you choose to upload content. Location access, if offered, is used to improve nearby results and is not required for basic browsing. You may change permissions in your device settings.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed with providers supporting hosting, authentication, payments, communications, analytics, maps, app distribution, and production; with businesses or event organizers when you request contact; when required by law; or in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money or use sensitive data for cross-company behavioral advertising.
Public content
Business profiles, reviews, deals, events, and media submitted for publication may be visible publicly. Do not place confidential or sensitive information in public fields.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and completed production records may be retained as legally required. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion
You may access or correct eligible profile information in the app. To permanently delete your account, sign in and use Profile → Delete My Account. You may also review the public account deletion instructions or contact us for help. Deletion removes the login account and eligible personal data; legally required transaction records may be retained with account access removed.
Children
Bizzy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate authorization.
